In 1989, the business shifted fully into catering, building a reputation around their now-legendary Sporty’s Famous Chicken Tenders—over a million served in just the early years. In 2015, ownership passed to Laurie and Rocco Zaccardi, ushering in a new era while preserving everything that made Sporty’s beloved.
