Guidelines You Should Know

✅ Service Window

Includes 2 hours of service, with arrival 60 minutes prior for setup. Extra hours available at $100/hour.

📍 Travel Fee & Setup

$200 truck fee covers 15 miles from 448 W Army Trail Rd., Bloomingdale, IL 60108. Additional $3/mile beyond that.

📆 Cancellation Policy

50% deposit is non-refundable. If canceled within 3 days of event, 20% of final bill refunded.

💬 Gratuity

20% of food and beverage total will be added for staff gratuity.

🅿️ Parking Requirements

Trailer must be on level ground. Space must fit 3 full-size cars with easy in/out access. Some locations may require permits.

🧼 Trash & Utensils

Utensils, napkins, and food containers provided. Client provides trash cans and disposal.

🛡 Safety Standards

Trailer must be placed away from children playing or party activities.

🍽 Menu

Choice of 2 entrées and 1 side from the truck menu. Additional entrées $6.00 each, extra sides $3.00 each.

📝 Booking

Must be booked at least 5 days before the event. Requires confirmed order and deposit.

💰 Deposit & Final Payment

50% non-refundable deposit required at booking. Final balance due 5 days prior to event. If booked within 5 days of event, full payment is due immediately. 2.9% surcharge for credit card payments.
